One advanced London dentist makes routine examination of his patients via the Internet. Jerry Watson examines teeth using a web camera and decides whether the patient should visit him.
This summer Dr. Watson expanded his dental practice and personally can control patients at four clinics at the same time.
He believes that new technologies will lead to the fact that all people can be examined at home.
He says: “There is no reason not to do so, if the home video cameras will be of sufficient quality.
And in the future we will need a video camera in the electric toothbrush. This will be a fantastic breakthrough”.
